Guest Policies

We are delighted to have you as guests and we hope you enjoy your experience here at White Beeches Golf and Country Club. White Beeches takes pride in its rich traditions and to make your experience as comfortable as possible please note the following information.

Members and their guests should be appropriately attired at all times when using the Club facilities. Specific rules on dress apply to each activity and they should be read carefully and observed.
 

Clubhouse Dress Code

Smart Casual Attire is required throughout the Clubhouse as described below:
 
The following guidelines should help you determine what is and is not smart casual dress. It is important to note that our Smart Casual Dress Code applies to each day of the week, with the exception Saturday evenings, when denim/jeans (of any form or color) IS NOT permitted. 
 
For men, Smart Casual includes collared shirts, dress shirts, button downs, golf shirts, turtlenecks or sweaters, blazers or sport jackets, tailored trousers, neatly presented cotton or denim jeans, and loafers or lace-up shoes with socks.
 
For women, Smart Casual includes collared shirts or blouses, turtlenecks, sweaters and sweater sets, skirts or tailored pants, neatly presented denim jeans, and flats, pumps, boots or dress sandals.
 

Golf Dress Code

All members and guests are required to change into and out of their golf attire in the locker rooms. The changing of shoes and/or attire by anyone in the parking lot is prohibited.
 
Shirts are required to be tucked in and hats worn properly. No cargo pants or cargo shorts allowed.  (pants or shorts with expandable pockets) The dress code for the Clubhouse and member events shall be designated by the General Manager, Board of Governors or their designee.
 
Men: Appropriate golf attire, shall be worn at all times on the golf course, driving range and practice area. Jeans (denim of any form or color), short shorts, cargo pants or shorts, with expandable pockets, cutoff shorts and shirts without a collar are not acceptable attire on the golf course. Mock turtleneck shirts are acceptable. Any issues of appropriate dress on the golf course shall be determined by the Golf Professional.
 
Women: Appropriate golf attire, shall be worn at all times on the golf course, driving range, practice area. Jeans (denim of any form or color), short shorts and short skirts (more than 5" above the knee) are not acceptable attire on the golf course. Mock turtleneck shirts are acceptable. Any issues of appropriate dress on the golf course shall be determined by the Golf Professional.
 

Tennis Dress Code

Clothing designed for tennis is required.
Only tennis shoes are permitted.
No denim (of any type or color), cut-down jeans, cargo pants or shorts, bathing suits or running shorts are permitted on the courts.
 

Pool Dress Code

Please use discretion regarding appropriate swimwear. Everyone is asked to enter and leave the Pool area in appropriate cover-up attire.
 
Swimsuits shall be worn for swimming. Cut-down jeans, cut-off, denim, running shorts, tennis shorts, overalls and similar attire is not permitted for swimming. No overalls or work clothes are permitted in the pool area. Neatly presented denim jeans or shorts with appropriate footwear is permitted. 
 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited within all indoor areas and in outdoor areas in close proximity to active doorways. Smoking is also prohibited on and by the Pool deck.
 

Cell Phone Policy

Members and their guests may carry their cell phones in accordance with the outlined policies. In all instances cell phone ringers must be kept on silent. While on Club Property the policy for cell phone usage is as follows:
  • Clubhouse: Placing and receiving calls, and placing text messages and e-mails are restricted at all times. Members or guests who receive an incoming call, or wish to send a text or an e-mail must move to a designated area, which includes the men’s and ladies locker rooms, parking lots or Front Lobby (if no event is occurring) before commencing a phone conversation.
  • Golf Course, Tuesday through Friday: Cell phones are permitted on the course in the silent or vibrate mode. However, conversation is limited only to emergencies. Individuals making or receiving an emergency call must immediately remove themselves from play. Text Messaging and E-mailing shall be permitted as long as it does not slow play.
  • Golf Course, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, and Tournaments: Cell phones are strictly prohibited.
