Ross Goldflam

Chef Ross Goldflam is a consummate professional with a lengthy career in the culinary industry.  His desire to be a Chef started at the age of 13.  His graduation from the French Culinary Institute in 1998 led him to his first kitchen job at Chez Dominique in Bergenfield.  After spending many years in the off-premise catering business, he transitioned to owning corporate Cafés, eventually realizing his childhood dream of opening his own restaurant.  Technique, a French bistro with an open kitchen concept and Chef’s Table, debuted in 2018 to critical acclaim.  After closing Technique due to COVID, Chef Ross was welcomed into the White Beeches family as the Club’s new Executive Chef in spring of 2023.  Hi passion for the freshest ingredients, for enriching and reimagining French classical dishes as well as his patient and almost, parental leadership in the kitchen with his professional team has elevated the club’s dining atmosphere and enjoyment to new culinary heights. He resides locally, in Westwood with his wife Stacie, son Jackson and daughter Kaitlyn.
